Evan began his career in advertising at a radio station in Phoenix, Arizona and stumbled upon the clinical research industry. Soon after identifying an unmet need, Evan embarked upon a 20 plus year career serving multiple stakeholders in the patient recruitment area including sites, sponsors and CROs.
Evan co-founded Clinical Trial Media in 1995 and moved on to begin a clinical research search engine in collaboration with WebMD,called MyTrialFinder. In 2012, Evan founded Patient Advertising Guru.
Evan earned his bachelor’s degree in communications/ broadcast sales management from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.
Ken spent the past 20 plus years planning, developing and executing marketing programs to support patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials. Prior to joining Patient Advertising Guru, Ken was a Vice President at Integrated Clinical Trial Services. Previously he was President of Clinical Trial Marketing Communications. Before that he served in many capacities at a patient recruitment company, Clinical Solutions, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer.
He has directed national and local media relations programs, managed the development and placement of targeted advertising, implemented direct-to-patient and direct-to-physician programs, managed and execute digital/online marketing campaigns, and established relationships with key associations and organizations.
Ken earned his bachelor’s degree in communications / public relations from Rowan
University and his Master of Business Administration from the Kennesaw State
